Nov 10, 2009: German households to spend money on heat insulation
Latest research by GfK among German houseowners has shown that one fifth of them (1.4 million) are planning to invest in heat insulation measures over the next twelve months. This is mainly driven by the intention to save on rising energy costs. Total investments might amount up to 15 billion euros, thus representing a considerable opportunity for the home improvement industry.
